This was our 4th location we had stopped at and Valerie was the most helpful and friendliest staff we came across. From greeting us the minute we came in to acknowledging I was the one who had called and asked for a certain boot to be on hold for me. Went here to get my first hat and had the greatest experience. I did go during the holiday time so yes it was busy, the service was still 10/10. Stephen helped me pick out my hat. I gave him my price range and color I wanted then we went onto the shape I wanted my hat. He gave me the run down on cowboy hats since this was my first one which i greatly appreciated instead of him just trying to sell me a hat. Now the fun part which was shaping, Ricky was very patient and knew what he was going when it come to shaping my cowboy hat and not just mine but one customer came in due to another place not shaping his hat correctly and Ricky had to fix it up for him, did a great job shaping it. For it being busy they made sure that everyone was helped and got what they wanted and did it with smiles on their faces. Very glad I didn’t go to Boot Barn across the way for my hat.

I happened to be in Arlington Texas about 3 weeks ago visiting my brother and sister in law for lunch and after we we're finished with our lunch and said our good byes I went to Cavenders to do Some shopping and I was greeted with a Big Welcome To Cavenders and that greeting came from Les ( forgive me for forgetting his name/ he was and older gentleman a little bit of silver in his hair) anyway We chatted a bit then I schook his hand and went Shopping , I was looking to buy a Cowboy Hat tried on a couple , found the one I wanted prefect fit " YEE HAW" I LOVE CAVENDERS!!!!!!!

Driving up, the parking lot is devoid of potholes and well maintained; spaces clearly marked. The exterior of the building is grand and attractive. Appears freshly painted and well maintained. Walking in was exciting. The fresh smell of leather, the sea of racks with beautiful western wear, the accessories is all a lot to take in. Where to start was my only question. The staff is friendly, approachable, and helpful. Smiles greet you and are ready to assist. This is a great place to shop for denim and boots.
